Communications Minister Ayoub Kara submitted a petition to the Supreme Court of the Likud movement this morning through his attorney Sigalit Gozlan, in which they asked to order the cancellation of the existing saved places in the Likud list - place 25 saved for a new woman; place 28 saved for an Oleh; and place 32 saved for a youth.
According to Minister Kara, the saved spots that are now pushing him to an unrealistic place on the list violate the Likud charter and he demands they be rescinded immediately.
He also asked the Supreme Court of the Likud to issue an interim order preventing transfer of the Likud's final list to the Central Elections Committee for the 21st Knesset before a hearing on his petition is held, in order to prevent "irreparable harm".
