As reported earlier, Knesset members Itzik Shmuli, Stav Shafir, Shelly Yachimovich and Amir Peretz have reached the first quartet on the Labor party Knesset following the party's primary election on Monday.
Fifth place was Member of Knesset Merav Michaeli, then Omer Bar-Lev, Revital Swid, Yaya (Yair) Fink and Michal Biran. Former party secretary-general Eitan Cabel was pushed to 15th place, which is not likely to get him back into the Knesset, based on polls, in spite of Party Chairman Avi Gabbay's claim that Labor will win at least 10 seats.
