Minister of Finance Moshe Kahlon spoke with Channel 13 about the mother of MK Roi Folkman, who was killed yesterday in a car accident after leaving the party headquarters.
"She came down to help us and meet Roi yesterday, but he was a few minutes late, she was full of life, nice and sweet," said Kahlon.
