Effi Naveh filed a lawsuit against Hadas Shteif and Army Radio radio following the breach of his phone.
This, following an alert he filed with the outbreak of the affair, in light of the alleged offenses committed by the station when it apparently received a stolen telephone belonging to Naveh and broke into it with the help of an expert.
