Prime Minister Netanyahu responded to reports that Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit plans to indict him, subject to a hearing, even before the Knesset elections.
"The Attorney General seems to have succumbed to pressure from the left and the media to file an indictment at any cost. Only this morning did our attorney general place a demand for the completion of investigations of more than 60 significant witnesses who were not investigated in any of the cases. We are already hurrying to leak from the prosecution that there is no intention of examining these vital witnesses, "Netanyahu said.
