A prosecutor's declaration of intent to prosecute has been filed against a 15-year-old boy on suspicion of stabbing two other minors of his age following a quarrel that broke out between them in Kfar Saba.
According to the investigation, after the stabbing, the suspect was heard saying, "I have blood on my hands, I stabbed him in the throat."
