Haifa District Physician Shmuel Rishpon has issued a closure order for the Moriah Nof Hadar nursing-care hospital at 18 Sirkin Street in Haifa.
The order was issued because of the very poor state of maintenance of the hospital and the findings of Health Ministry reviews during the past year on ensuring proper treatment at the hospital.
