In a post on Twitter, the President of Chile Sebastian Pinera called on the Maduro regime in Venezuela to release two journalists working for the TVN a Chilean News network:
"We demand the immediate release of journalists from TVN who were detained in Venezuela. Our chancellery is making all the necessary efforts. Freedom of the press is another of the victims in Venezuela. The peaceful solution is free and democratic elections now."
