The Defense Ministry has decided to recognize David Bar-Kapra as a victim of hostile acts.
Bar Kefra was murdered in 2015 by Palestinians during a violent robbery in Moshav Pedaya, Rehovot. His family's request to recognize him as a victim of hostilities was rejected twice in the past, but in light of new findings, the approving authority decided to reverse its decision.
