Five years in prison, a 40,000-shekel fine, and 13 years of revocation of a driver's license were imposed on 22-year-old George Hisham Ghraib of Nazareth on his conviction on charges of manslaughter and fleeing the scene for running over police Sergeant Major Natan Yosipov in February 2016.

Ghraib ran over Yosipov, who had ordered him to stop to check documents and fled the scene. Yosipov died three months later.
