Moshe Pereg, the brother of the murdered women in Argentina, relates to the arrest of Gil Pereg on suspicion of murder. "He was not innocent, he lived like a homeless man and raised cats."
At a press conference held this morning by the family, Pereg told that Parhia's son, Gil, had developed a mental disorder a few years ago. "He's a real genius," Pereg said.
