Brig. Gen. (Res.) Gal Hirsch announced on his Facebook page that he will hold an official event today in which he will announce his candidacy for the Knesset, heading the "Magen" party.
It is not yet clear whether Hirsch will run in an independent framework or try to unite with another party.
