A 16-year-old boy was moderately affected after ingesting water at the Dolphinarium beach in Tel Aviv.
Magen David Adom medics and volunteers from United Hatzala gave the boy initial treatment and evacuated him to Ichilov Hospital in a mobile intensive care unit.
