Several dozen activists from right-wing and nationalistic organizations gathered today, during International Holocaust Remembrance Day, in front of the museum of the former Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp in Poland.
The activists protested against the Polish government on the grounds that it only mentioned the Holocaust of the Jews and did not devote full attention to the Holocaust of the Poles. The protesters were headed by Pyotr Rybak, a building contractor who became famous in November 2015 after setting fire to an effigy of a haredi-religious Jew during a demonstration against the entry of Muslim immigrants to Poland in the city of Wrocław.
