Former Minister Moshe Yaalon (Telem) attacked Prime Minister Netanyahu's criticisms of law enforcement agencies and the media.
"The attacks on those supposed to defend the checks and balances in democracy - the media, the chief of staff, the police commissioner, the Shin Bet, the attorney general, the Supreme Court and the rule of law - are an existential threat to the State of Israel," Yaalon wrote on Twitter.
