IDF warriors operating overnight found a boat that was carrying a wounded foreign national, in the waters near southern Gaza.
A preliminary investigation determined that his boat had run into a storm and that he has been at sea for several weeks, because of a malfunction in the boat's steering system.
The soldiers extricated the civilian and took him to hospital.
