As of today, it is forbidden to use anything less than a full helmet while riding two-wheeled vehicles - motorcycles, scooters and all-terrain vehicles under a new regulation recently signed by Transportation Minister Yisrael Katz.
Minister Katz noted that the new regulation is intended to increase the safety of cyclists.
