Educator Miriam Peretz, who lost two sons in battle, has turned town offers to run for Knesset in the upcoming elections, according to Channel 2 News.
The first to offer the Morocco-born Israel Prize winner a place on the ballot were Ayelet Shaked and Naftali Bennett of the New Right Party. Traveling to her home in Giv'at Ze'ev were Chairman Yair Lapid of the Yesh Atid Party and Chairman Moshe Kahlon of the Kulanu Party.
