Jordan’s King Abdullah II and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah As-Sisi said Sunday during their meeting in Amman that the renewal of negotiations between Israel and the Palestinian Authority is of the utmost importance, according to Yediot Ahronot.
The two leaders issued a statement which said, "Negotiations should be based on the two-state solution and the Arab peace initiative, aiming to reach a fair solution, which honors the Palestinians' legal right to establish a state within the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital."
