Rescue crews evacuated the truck driver to the hospital in light condition from the serious accident near Kochav Yaakov in Binyamin.
A seriously wounded man was also evacuated from the scene. A female passenger from the private car was found dead.
Police traffic examiners opened an investigation into the circumstances of the accident. The road is still closed in both directions.
