In a meeting held between former MK Shlomo Molla and MK Ilan Gillon, Molla announced joining Meretz and expressed support for the party ahead of the upcoming elections.
Molla served in the past as a member of Kadima in the 17th and 18th Knessets, and ran for the 19th Knesset on behalf of the movement's party. In the 18th Knesset, Molla served as Deputy Knesset Speaker.
