The Central District Court rejected the petition filed by the lawyers of the fifth minor arrested in connection with the "Jewish terror" affair, appealing the decision to extend his remand until Tuesday.
The minor is the only one remaining in custody on suspicion of involvement in stone-throwing at the vehicle of Aisha Rabi, causing her death. The other four suspects were released last Thursday to house arrest.
