Rahat: Arrested for abusing animals

Police have arrested a 21-year-old resident of the predominantly-Bedouin Negev city of Rahat on suspicion of abusing animals and even photographing his actions.

Today, the police will ask to extend his remand in the Be'er Sheva Magistrates Court.
