The Lod District Court has turned down the appeal of a 16-year-old boy who has been detained for 10 days by the Shabak Israel Security Agency on suspicion of involvement in last fall's death of Palestinian Authority resident Aisha Rabi.

At the same time Judge Nava Bechor said that she recommends that the ISA consider releasing him on Thursday at the end of the detention ordered by a magistrates court, and that the evidence presented to her indicates that there are a number of other actions to be examined, but that they can be concluded by Thursday.
