Eighty residents of the Palestinian Authority without permits to be in other parts of Israel have been located in a Border Police operation in the area of the Lachish Regional Council that began on Sunday and ended Monday evening.
One of them, an 18-year-old from the village Es-Samu' in the southern Hevron hills, was found with a knife. He was taken for questioning.
