Rivlin: 'The data indicate gaps which we cannot accept'

President Reuven Rivlin received the Statistical Abstract of the Council for the Child in 2018.

"The data indicate gaps that we can not accept, and we do not accept - when the gap in Jewish-Arab learning rates is so significant already in early childhood, the critical age for development, it means that the adults have a lot more work to do," the president said.
