Labor Party Chairman Avi Gabbay has responded to the removal of caravans from the Samarian Jewish community of Amona by saying, "The violence of the handful of evictees from Amona against the security forces is unbearable, and it must be dealt with with determination and complete the uprooting in accordance with court decisions."

He added, "The handful of extremists in the outposts and in the Knesset have grown used to controlling the government and seeing the Netanyahu government give in to all their demands. The citizens of Israel deserve a government that does not give in to a handful of extremists."
