During searches to locate illegal weapons, the Israel Defense Forces and the Israeli Police found an M-16 machine gun and ammunition in the Palestinian Authority village of Yatta, south of Hevron.
Two suspects were apprehended at the scene and were transferred to security agencies for further questioning.
