Jisr al-Zarqa's chief accountant gets 6 years in prison for theft

The Haifa District Court sentenced Imad (Abu Mustafa) Abu Rahal, a resident of Tur'an, who served as accountant and payroll controller for the Jisr al-Zarqa Council in the north, to six years in prison. He was convicted and admitted stealing NIS 3,300,000 from the council.
