The Knesset on Tuesday evening approved the second and third readings of a bill submitted by MK Oded Forer (Yisrael Beytenu) to prevent the early release and the shortening by one third of sentences of security prisoners accused of murder and accessory to murder.
The bill passed by a majority of 27 to 6 and will enter the law book of the State of Israel.
