The Central District Attorney's Office filed an indictment on Tuesday against Chairman Efi Naveh of the Israel Bar Association and his spouse, for illegally exiting Israel together, illegally entering Israel together and receiving fraudulently.
According to the indictment, the two defendants sought to conceal their planned joint stay abroad, in order to obtain benefit for them in connection with the divorce dispute between Naveh and his wife.
