Science Minister Ofir Akunis has decided to perpetuate Rona Ramon's memory and name the science-teacher scholarships that the Ministry of Science awards each year after her.
Minister Akunis said today: "The entire nation mourns the untimely passing of Rona, who touched the hearts of every Israeli." Rona dedicated her life to educational projects for young people, students and youth, out of a genuine mission to fortify Israel's future."
