Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is accusing the Supreme Court of preventing the government from demolishing the homes of terrorists who attempted to carry out terrorist attacks, and is promising to hold a discussion on the issue with Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit.
"For 20 years, the court has ruled that it is possible to demolish only the home of the terrorist, and that the homes of collaborators, a family or homes of terrorists whose attempt to carry out an attack was thwarted should not be destroyed. Prime Minister Netanyahu will discuss with the Attorney General whether this can be changed," sources in Netanyahu's office said on Monday.
