Attorney General Avichai Mandelbitt published his position on the bill to expel families of terrorists, saying there is a statutory impediment to advancing the legislation.
"The authority now proposed for enactment severely infringes upon the liberty and property of family members who are intended for deportation because of the act of another family member, and without proof of a danger from themselves," he added.
