The leaders of coalition factions decided, Sunday, to pass the "Gid'on Saar" bill in a preliminary reading, and then to continue the discussions on it.
The bill would require a party chairman to be charged with forming a government. It is named after a former Likud minister who has posed a challenge to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu in his role of Likud chairman.
