Traffic is congested on Highway 60 near the entrance to Ofra, following a two-vehicle accident in which five Palestinian Authority residents were injured, one of them seriously, and three Israelis were lightly injured.
After the highway was completely blocked, one lane of traffic was opened. Police are directing traffic at the scene and recommending that drivers take alternate routes.
