The office of Fatour Bensoude, Chief Prosecutor of the International Court of Justice in the Hague, announced Wednesday that the preliminary examination of the situation in the Palestinian Authority and Gaza is in the second stage out of four in the decision whether to open an investigation.
However, it was reported that the prosecutor had not yet officially decided to open an investigation.
