The Palestinian Authority’s “foreign ministry” on Tuesday appealed to the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague and demanded that it prosecute IDF soldiers who killed a terrorist from Tulkarm.
In an official statement, the PA bureau strongly condemned what it called the "criminal executions" and accused the IDF of "the deliberate murder of the young Palestinian man who was described as having special needs."
