The second light of Hanukkah was lit on Monday at the Western Wall in Jerusalem by the city's chief rabbi, Rabbi Aryeh Stern, Rabbi of the Western Wall and Holy Sites Shmuel Rabinowitz, outgoing Mayor Nir Barkat and incoming Mayor Moshe Lion.
Rabbi Rabinowitz praised Barkat for his accomplishments and wished success to Lion.
