Danny Ayalon, former Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister and former Israeli Ambassador to the US, on Sunday took a jab at British Labour party leader Jeremy Corbyn on Twitter, after Corbyn posted a video greeting in honor of the holiday of Hanukkah.
Ayalon retweeted Corbyn’s greeting and wrote, “Wait until he finds out Hanukkah is a Zionist holiday that celebrates the military victory of the Maccabees who liberated Jerusalem and restored it as the capital of Israel.”
