A three-judge panel of the Supreme Court has rejected a petition filed by the family of the terrorist who murdered Duvdevan Brigade soldier Ronen Lubarsky against the demolition of the terrorist's house.
The court ruled that the entire house would be demolished in accordance with an order issued by the head of the Israel Defense Forces' Central Command.
