Abd Al-Latif Al-Qaddumi has been appointed to the position of commander of the Hevron District Police, according to Channel 10 Television.
He replaces Ahmed Abu-Alrab, who was dismissed from his post following an incident in which he was photographed, helping to change a wheel in an Israel Defense Forces jeep.
