COGAT supports IDF officer that wanted Yitzhar residents punished

The Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories, Major General Kamil Abu Rokun, said that he supports the Civil Administration officer who wrote a document in which she sought to harm the civilian services of Yitzhar because of the marginal violence of some of the outpost residents against the security forces.
