The Histadrut Labor Federation, the management of Leumi Card and the company's employees committee signed a new five-year collective bargaining agreement today after negotiations held in recent months.
The agreement focuses on the extension and improvement of the terms of the first agreement signed in 2015, and a grant of NIS 40 million to about 1,400 employees upon the completion of the sale of Leumi Card from Bank Leumi to a private investment fund. Among its main points are wage increases of 3.25% -3.75%.
