Eastbound Route 1 blocked at Shaar Hagai by cement-worker protest

Jerusalem-bound traffic on Route 1 has been blocked at the Shaar Hagai Interchange due to a protest by cement workers about Israeli cement being undercut by Turkish dumping prices.
