President Idriss Deby of Chad, on his historic first visit since the establishment of the State of Israel, went on Monday to the Soroka Medical Center in Be'er Sheva.
Representatives of the Foreign Ministry chose to arrive with President Chad and his delegation in light of a special project led by the hospital's staff to reduce neonatal and premature neonatal mortality in African countries.
