Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon and Jerusalem Mayor-elect Moshe Lion met on Monday at the Finance Ministry.
They discussed the 2019 budget for the capital and the promotion of building complexes for first-time homebuyers as part of the Mechir Lemishataken "Buyer's Price" program of affordable housing.
