Police sources estimate that the recommendations in Case 4000 alleging improprieties will be handed over this month and will not be delayed, even if early elections are announced, according to Channel 10 Television.
Other files in which Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's name has been mentioned will be sent to the State Prosecutor's Office and the Attorney General's decision will not be made before May.
