A protest by residents of the south near the entrance to the city of Sderot updated the police that the entrance to the city from Route 232 was blocked by demonstrators.
In addition, Highway 232 was blocked between the Shaar Hanegev Junction and the Ibim Junction. Route 34 is also closed to traffic following the demonstration.
Police forces are in place and directing traffic to alternative routes.
