Friend of Pittsburgh terrorist arrested on incitement charges

A 30-year-old man who claims to be a friend of Robert Bowers, the killer who committed the massacre at the Pittsburgh synagogue, was arrested.

"The shooting in Pittsburgh was just a general rehearsal," he wrote.
